Both the installation personnel and the owner and/or operator of the operator terminal must read and understand the installation manual.

SKU: MAC/MTA-E200

If any of tests does not pass the self-test, it will be noted with “Failed” next to the test item. Additionally, the message “Error! Press screen to continue” will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. If the power to the operator terminal or the PC was interrupted while downloading, Firmware checksum or Application checksum will not pass the self-test, indicated by “Failed” in the self-test results after power is restored. If this happens, the user can simply follow the download procedure to re-download the application or data. After downloading again, all items should pass the self-test.

source
-The operator terminal is equipped with a 24V DC input. Power sources outside of 24 V DC ± 15% will severely damage the operator terminal. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check the power supply that supports DC power. Grounding – If not grounded, the operator terminal may be severely affected by excessive noise. Ensure that the power connector on the back of the operator terminal is properly grounded.

After turning on the power, ensure that the conductor is grounded using a cable of at least 2 mm2 (AWG 14) to ground the operator terminal. The grounding resistance must be less than 100 Ω (level 3). Please note that the grounding cable must not be connected to the same grounding point as the power circuit. Installation – The communication cable must be separated from the power cable of the operating circuit. Only shielded cables can be used to avoid unpredictable problems. During use – emergency stops and other safety functions may not be controlled through the operator terminal. When touching buttons, displays, etc., do not use excessive force or sharp objects.

Repair and maintenance
Only qualified personnel can carry out repairs.
The agreed warranty applies. Before performing any cleaning or maintenance operations, please disconnect the power from the device and clean the display screen and surrounding front cover with a soft cloth and mild cleaning agent.
Replacing the battery incorrectly may cause an explosion. Only batteries recommended by the supplier can be used. Disassembly and scrapping – The operator terminal or its components should be recycled in accordance with local regulations. The following components contain substances that may pose a health and environmental risk: lithium batteries, electrolytic capacitors, and displays.

1. Gearbox water cooling: This system is equipped with two water pumps, one in operation and the other as backup. The inlet pipe of the water pump is connected to the receiving tank. After being filtered by a self-cleaning filter, the water from the water pump enters the heat exchanger, and then enters the gearbox through an electromagnetic flow meter, electronic descaling device, and related manual valves. The return water of the gearbox flows back to the receiving tank by its own gravity. There is a partition inside the tank (the upper part of the receiver is the same), and the gearbox return water is on one side of the partition, while the makeup pipe and pump suction pipe are on the other side of the partition. The self-cleaning filter is an electromechanical integrated device. After the filter is contaminated, the pressure difference increases. When it reaches a certain preset pressure difference, the differential pressure controller controls automatic backwashing.

2. Nitrogen sealing cooling of the airtight box: When the gearbox temperature is ≥ 70 ℃, the nitrogen pipeline regulating valve A1 to the water-cooled gearbox is opened wide, and the nitrogen pipeline regulating valve A2 to the valve box is opened for emergency cooling. When the gearbox temperature is ≤ 55 ℃, the A1 valve is closed to restore normal nitrogen supply, while closing A2. When the valve box temperature is ≥ 120 ℃, A2 opens larger and valve A1 opens. When the valve box temperature is ≤ 70 ℃, A2 closes smaller and normal nitrogen supply resumes.

3. Receiving tank balance water level: Its main function is to supply water to the water pump and receive return water from the gearbox. In order to balance the pressure, there is a gas pipe connected to the gearbox. After the impurities brought in by the gearbox return water settle, they are discharged out of the tank through the electric ball valve on the drain pipe at the bottom of the tank. A replenishment pipe leading to the tank is used for replenishment, and an electric ball valve is installed on the replenishment pipeline.
