If either the ambient temperature or the installation elevation exceed rated
data:
⇒ Multiply the rated data listed in the technical data with the determined
load factor.
⇒ Ascertain that the de-rated data still meets your application
requirements.
If both the ambient temperature and the installation elevation exceed
rated data:
⇒ Multiply the determined load factors fT and fH.
⇒ Multiply the resulting value with the rated data of the controller listed in
the technical data.
⇒ Ascertain that your application requirements do not exceeded the derated data .
The controller satisfies protection category IP10 as per EN 60 529, edition
dated 10.91 (DIN VDE 0470-1).
It has been designed for mounting into a control cabinet or closed housing
(as per EN 50175/1988, section 6.1.3).
• Route signal supply lines separate of load supply lines due to
interference.
• Analog signals (e.g. command and actual values) must be fed via
shielded supply lines.
• Mains, DC bus and power wires may not be connected with control
voltages or be permitted to come into contact with such.
• During the conduction of a high voltage check or insulation check of
the electrical equipment of the machine, release or remove all
connections of the machine to avoid damaging the electronic
components within the machine (permissible as per VDE 0113).
Rexroth Indramat drive components are high-voltage and insulation
checked as per VDE 0160.
