Optional können MKD Motoren mit Lüftereinheiten geliefert werden. Die Leistungsdaten für oberflächenbelüftete Motoren sind den Datenblättern aus Spalte „surface“ zu entnehmen. Die mechanischen Abmessungen der Lüftereinheiten sind in den Maßblättern dargestellt. Die Kombinationsmöglichkeiten (Motor – Lüftereinheit) und die Technischen Daten der Lüfter sind in nachfolgender Tabelle dargestellt.
Für MKD – Motoren sind Sperrluftanschlüsse lieferbar. Diese werden durch einfaches Austauschen des Anschlusskasten- oder Motorflanschdosendeckels am Motor angebracht. Ein definierter Überdruck im Motorinnenraum verhindert das Eindringen von Flüssigkeiten z.B. Kühlschmiermittel zuverlässig.
Hinweis: Bei Montage der Motorflanschdosendeckel mit Sperrluftanschluss muss auf richtigen Sitz der O- Ringe geachtet werden. Nur bei einwandfreier Montage ist die erforderliche Schutzart gewährleistet.
Leichter Anbau an die Maschine
• Direkter, fliegender Anbau von Ritzeln und Riemenscheiben durch Gestaltung der Lagerung mit hohen zulässigen Radialbelastungen
• Flanschausführung erlaubt Anbau entsprechend Bauform B5 (DIN 42959 Teil 1, Ausg. 08.77) mit Bohrung im Flansch
Anbau der Abtriebswelle ist auf zwei verschiedene Arten möglich:
• kraftschlüssige Welle- Naben- Verbindung durch glatte Welle
• formschlüssige Welle- Naben- Verbindung durch Abtriebswelle mit Passfedernut.
The Modbus protocol supports the transmission of data in two formats: ASCII and RTU (binary). 6 DCS software configuration and PLC communication configuration

Taking the communication of ammonia refrigeration compressor as an example, it is connected to the upper communication system through Modbus RTU protocol, such as the upper configuration of Bingshan Jiade or the user’s DCS system.
The remote detection of the compressor system can be achieved through the upper configuration of Jiade through a two core shielded cable (RS485) connected to the COM1 or COM2 ports of the PC.
By connecting to a port compatible with a PC, it is possible to display the current parameter values, operating status, alarms, shutdowns, and other statuses. It is also possible to print temperature and pressure charts, alarms, and fault information every day.
The convenience of communication is reflected in the ability to query the current temperature, pressure, and control status, and can be modified to display various set values, upper and lower limits, and clock settings. All communication can be achieved by connecting an RS485 serial link to all Jiade controllers in this control system.
The communication request and response are now completed through the ModbusRTU protocol. The SCC40 controller serves as a slave and responds to query requests from the upper computer of the master station. It can transmit various analog quantities such as temperature and pressure, as well as control status and other switch input and output status.
Each Jiade SCC 4O controller has a unique address A nn (set in the Unit option), which is used to select a corresponding module for status response and modification operations. The SCC40 controller must have its address set before it can be controlled.
The current pressure, temperature, energy level, and motor current values, as well as the timer, fault shutdown status, output relay, and internal status.
